Frequently asked questions

We have devices that are not working properly, what can we do?


Email customerservice@edtech101.net with as many details as possible. Please be sure to include the serial # located on the device. We will reach out to you ASAP with further instructions on getting the devices repaired and back into circulation.




What happens to our equipment after our lease has matured?


You have the option to purchase the equipment at fair market value, or simply return the equipment as stated in your lease. We can assist in that process, and help plan for your next project.
